Course Description

Presenter: Julie Fendall, DO MOstSc(Paeds)

This webinar focuses on the 2-5 year old age group and will cover some of the most common presentations in clinical practice.

Drawing on the presenter's 35 years of osteopathy practice and international experience in paediatrics and maternal health care, participants are invited to explore development, gait, typical orthopaedic conditions and considerations for neurological problems in this age group.

 

About the presenter:

Julie FendallJulie has been involved with osteopathy for over 35 years. She qualified at the British School of Osteopathy in London and then completed a Masters in Paediatrics at RMIT.

 She teaches both locally and internationally in Paediatrics and Maternal Health Care.

 Most recently she taught a pregnancy course on a Masters program in Italy. Whilst there she explored the osteopathic care of neonates attending a course on infantile movement assessment and treated pre-term infants in NICU, as part of a wider research program.

 Julie is in full time practice in Sydney seeing children of all ages from birth to adolescence, who come with a wide and varied range of presentations.
