Natasha's Journey
As a student, Natasha was doing almost 16 hours a week of performing arts training after school and on the weekends. In her teenage years, as a result of significant stress, Natasha perforated her appendix. This led to a number of surgeries and a significant loss of weight and muscle. Natasha was weak and tired, and thought she would never be able to perform again.
Eventually, with the support of her family and teachers and as part of her recovery, Natasha decided to give osteo a go.
Now a professional performing artist, Natasha must look after her health and wellbeing in order to perform day in and out on stage. Natasha has the world at her feet.
This is Natasha's journey.
