Sarah's Journey

Sarah is a sales and marketing professional who works four days a week and raises two young kids with her partner. Sarah has always been an active person. She loves netball, bike riding, swimming and being outdoors. For most of her adult life, Sarah has lived with chronic pain . Then her coccyx was injured during the birth of her first child. The injury caused pelvic, sacral and lower back pain spasms to occur regularly in addition to the chronic pain she already lived with.

Sarah was in agony; she was unable to sit for long periods, play on the ground with her children or lift and carry her baby. Sarah missed being her old, active self and after doing some research on pelvic pain, she found osteopathy and decided to give it a go.

This is Sarah's journey.
