Peter has worked for over a decade at all levels of the education industry as a teacher, department head and consultant.

Peter is the primary contact at Osteopathy Australia for Learning and Development, and is the project manager and lead instructional designer for the eLearning and mentoring projects.

Induction programs play a key role in making the transition into a new job easier for osteopaths. In a longer-term sense, induction programs also lay the foundation for new osteopaths to succeed in their role and and to continue their professional development.

This module provides an outline of what an osteopathic induction program should include, discusses its importance and lays the foundations for our modules on Patient Management Soft Skills and Hard Skills in 2021.
