Tom and Helina of O-health in Albury present on the joys and challenges of Regional Practice. 

Australia is a magnificently rich and diverse place. Overwhelmingly though, osteopaths are staying in metropolitan locations which is much to the detriment of themselves, our profession and Regional Australia.  

Tom and Helina are uniquely positioned to speak on this due to their location, their backgrounds and their recent history together. 

Tom created O-health, along with his physiotherapist wife, and has gone on to pioneer this unique multi-disciplinary approach which utilises the skill set of many disciplines in an integrated and effective way.  O-health is an industry-leading practice with the vision, size and capacity to make Albury healthier.  Helina joined the team in early 2019 and has embraced living and working in a regional environment after having grown up and being educated in Melbourne.

This is a casual conversation about their experiences and why they believe that those who aren't considering moving regionally are missing out!
