Osteopath

*There are options to work part or full time. We are fully flexible and you can pick your hours and days.

*You will have the opportunity to see patients from the entire spectrum of ages from babies to elderly, and from different walks of life including farmers, nurses, office workers, tradies, pregnant women, weekend sporting warriors, retirees, plus more. You will see a good range of complex and simple presentations.

*We can provide or help you source local accommodation, with some different options available based on your needs.

*We will treat you with respect.

*We will pay you well and are open to contractor or employee arrangements. Pay percentage/scale/bonuses negotiable dependant on experience and patient numbers/hours worked.

*We will not undermine your clinical decision making or micromanage. We will work as a team and be collaborative.

*We will not impose arbitrary KPIs for rebooking as we trust your honed clinical judgement and patient management skills. We are genuinely patient centred.

*You will have direct access to talk to the leaving practitioner (in private) during the interview process to get a real and honest sense of what its like working with us and what to expect.
