Renewal Fee Information

- Choose either an annual or quarterly payment method for your 2022/23 renewal.

- Select your preference in your online renewal on Step 5. Payment Gateway

- The quarterly payment option is available for renewing members only

- Visa, MasterCard and Direct Debit payment methods are available

- To request an offline invoice or to apply for financial hardship, please email membership@osteopathy.org.au

By choosing the quarterly instalment option for your selected membership type, you are agreeing to pay your annual membership fee for the 2022/23 membership cycle, in four equal payments throughout the year.
A $25 annual admin fee to cover additional third-party transaction costs is payable with your first quarter invoice.

On Step 5. Payment Gateway of your online renewal, a Payment Plan table will display when the quarterly option is selected.

  • The amount displayed next to today’s date will be your first renewal payment, processed on the day you choose to renew and includes the $25 admin fee.
  • Each subsequent payment will automatically process on or soon after the invoice dates displayed in the table.
  • The payment details you enter online for your first payment will be used for the remaining payments in 2022/23.
  • A courtesy email reminder is sent a week before each subsequent quarterly payment is processed.
  • If a payment is not successful, two further attempts will be made a few days apart. Your login may be affected if your account remains in arrears.

To update your payment details at any time, go to My Invoices on your Dashboard and use the Update Payment Method button. For further renewal enquiries, please contact membership@osteopathy.org.au or call 02 9410 0099.

Membership Auto-Renewal

You can opt-in to have your annual or quarterly renewal payment/s automatically deducted from your nominated payment method each year on 15 June (Visa, Mastercard or direct debit only).

During your online renewal process for 2022/23, if you wish to opt-in to an automatic annual or quarterly membership renewal next year, please check the box in Step 5. Payment Gateway of your online renewal.

Please note:

  • To OPT-IN to have your renewal payment auto-process this year as well, please do so by 13 June at the latest via My Details on your Dashboard, using the blue 'Update Details' button. Check the box to auto-renew and your payment will process on 15 June.
  • Opt out at any time using the same method via My Details on your Dashboard.
